I have a hard time giving him the retro. He wore the redesigned retro in the early 2010's, late 2000's during the 30 year anniversary, but those teams were so god awful that I don't really think of him in them. They came back fulltime in 2018, he was long gone by then.

Hard to not connect the retro to this man, and his moustache.

He was the face of that jersey because he joined the club when they unveiled that jersey and during those years the Flames were rebuilding on the fly.
