Doubt Carolina trades Skinner to Ottawa but if they did Ottawa would offer Ceci, Colin White and a 2017 2nd.
Ok lol no we wouldn't. We finally have 4 actual top 4 d-men we aren't trading any of them.
I doubt Ceci does anything for the Canes either they have many good young d-men.
