Yeah, back when he was drafted by Carolina, it was the height of Beiber's popularity. So when you have a young, baby-faced rookie making an immediate impact on the team, it just went hand in hand

Oilers sold their souls to get him there....and now they are all injured perpetually. Will be a quick exit.

I haven't been able to watch much Oils hockey this year, he looks like a goal scorer who no longer scores from what I've seen of him, what's his role in the playoffs looking like?

HIs role in the playoffs is destined to be "the Kings actually shut down McDavid and Draisaitl buuuuuut Jeff Skinner had a 15 point series"

jk the first part would never happen but i'm still banking on the 2nd

And he had a Bieber-esque following.

The ASG was in Carolina that year, and there was an insane swarm of preteen girls at his autograph table. Never before or since have I witnessed something like that around an NHL player.

Sounds about right for knoblach this season and how he treated Skinner. But I don't see it with the injuries to start the playoffs atleast

Coaches hate him for being exactly what he’s always been, sucks. Dysfunctional group in Edmonton, GM and coach not really on the same page. Whatever, Skinner will overcome. Just watch- opponents will be so focused on Drai and McD, you need them secondary dudes to have skill- him and Arvidsson gonna feast in the playoffs.

Or they’ll be healthy scratches. Or just do ok. Idk man.
