The most bizarre thing about this is that Jagr plays for his own team yet is still represented by an agent.
Im guessing thats for sponsorships and other income opportunities more than playing contracts?

For the Pens number retirement, he did a signing at a local dump sports card shop. I was shocked at how rinky dink it was, al through appreciated the opportunity to meet him, but im sure they gave him $x to show up and it all goes through his agent.

And he has his protein/cbd thing going on JJ68 BE WELL proteinové nápoje by Jaromír Jágr

I saw Jagr play in person when he was working on his third scoring title and closing in on 700 NHL games.

The game was at Maple Leaf Gardens.

I saw him at the 2010 Winter Olympics (against Slovakia; he had a goal and assist), and figured that was going to be both his last time playing in North America, and one of his final seasons. Was a nice way to see him off, so I thought.

Funny thing too is that he led 2 NHL teams in scoring after that.

And only didn't lead 4 NHL teams in scoring because he was traded mid-seasons.

In 2012-13 he scored 37 pts and was traded from Dallas to Boston who had lead scorers of 33 pts (Benn) and 36 pts (Marchand) respectively.

Similarly, in 2014-15 he scored 47 pts, which would have ranked 1st on the Devils (Henrique, 43 pts), but he got traded to the Panthers where Jagr would have finished 2nd in scoring (Huberdeau, 55 pts).

Also side notes - I do not miss the mid 2010s where 50 pts in 82 games led teams in scoring LOL

I love Jagr. It'll be a sad day for hockey when the dude finally retires. He's like Genghis Khan - a legend that will live forever.
