Last time the Rangers scored a goal in Montreal. They lost 4-1.
March 17, 2009, the last time they won a game in Montreal (shootout)
February 3, 2008, the last time they won a game in regulation in Montreal.

Can they please change all of this on Saturday?

2009 was the last time they actually won. It was a shootout.

I'm not holding my breathe with this team. Too used to them proving me right.

Don't forget, Biron got his lunch handed to him at the Belle Centre as well.

I want to win this one so damn bad.

Can't we win there just once for ****s sakes? It is becoming unbelievable.

It is by no means an impossible place to win. Back in the dark times, the only team the Rangers seemed to beat consistently was Montreal.

No fanbase turns on their team faster than Habs fans... start quick and win decisively.

Anyone have a link to the GDT for this 6-5 comeback loss game it HAS to be a gem?
nvm used my brain

Oh no...post 375.
"5-1. Miracle on de la Gauchetière? I think not. Finish this."

Even worse post 369
"Imagine if the Rangers just started blowing 5-0 leads left and right like they used to with 2-0 games..."

You poor fools! It's like a birds eye view of the hockey titanic

"When it was 5-1 Maloney said that it's impossible to come back from 5-0 in today's NHL, he must wanna kick his own ass now." (It is 5-4 at this point)

Some more foreshadowing "If Higgins doesn't wiff there, its 5-5..."

Oh man, here's the coolest kid on the block making another appearance to let us all know how he is always right....

Needs to get out of the house more and socialize with people

I remember listening to the game on the radio as I was leaving class (was a senior in undergrad then) and hearing Dave Maloney saying that there was no possible way that the Rangers would blow a 5 goal lead.

OK but it goes both ways. The day the giants beat the pats the first time, the rangers came back I believe 0-4 and won in Montreal. That game featured an uncalled kovalev elbow to hollweg's face followed by a hollweg superman charge and penalty. Amazing comeback win.

This game is always the game I will remember as an example of the Rangers ineptitude in Montreal

UGH..*Grabs bottle of vodka* :shakehead

start Talbot in MTL and hope he hasn't heard about our terrible luck there

Not a bad idea actually. Doubt it'll happen though.

Ya think that's bad? Whoever were the genius producers in the booth that night for FSN-NY...MINUTES before the Habs tied the game at 5, they actually posted a graphic on the TV screen saying that the Rangers had never blown a 5-0 lead. WHY in the world would you do that?? Why not just INVITE the hockey gods into your living room and ask them to **** you with a cattle prod? Whoever put that graphic up, should've been fired that night.

It was 0-3. I think we've had only one 3 goal comeback since. It was against Boston in the 10-11 season. For what it's worth I think our style of play now lends us to have more comebacks, though 0-3 is hard for any team.
