Have to think Hildeby gets a look next Tuesday if the Leafs take care of business tomorrow; and if not he gets the Wings on the 14th for sure. Another busy schedule coming after this road trip with 8 in 13.

I honestly think they will only play Hildeby if necessary.

At least ten years and they can draft my nephew. He’s only 8 and just learning but he pinky swore to give me money if he goes pro. Even got in his first hockey fight. It was with his own teammate over a chocolate bar but that’s means he has grit.

Lol why all the consternation about playing Jonesy. He's an NHL goaltender, he's in peak physical condition and he seems totally together. A hot goaltender is something you use, not put on the shelf and admire.

Hildeby will get a chance if Jones has a bit of a stumble, but so far so good, so keep the ball rolling.

Doug was actually pretty funny yesterday and the show in general was great. The show itself has really grown, they've got a pretty solid stable of guest analysts and all 3 guys know their stuff. I think they're going to give OD a real run for the money.

I get why we need it, but I hate how some general managers are actively icing bad teams on purpose. It's a mockery of the sport, and the league. I get why we can't relegate teams, but this joke of a team doesn't belong in the NHL.

I get what both sides were saying tbh. I think players have to be afforded the leeway to police and send a message when things happen, but I don’t think intentionally high sticking a guy in the face is how anyone should want that to be done.
