Remember, most of the time a contract signing also includes the amount of guaranteed money. So, the fact that the guaranteed money is not mentioned, probably means it is a 2 year deal at most with a true value in the $45-48 mill range.
Could also be a 1 year deal of guaranteed money. Ramsey is going into year 9 but came out a as a true junior at 21. But, CB is a position where you don't see many guys play into their double digit years at a high level. Need the speed and quickness to adjust, so to do well need to compensate for that with higher football IQ in dissecting plays.
