I think the plan would be to add him to a trade for the team trading us the vet backup so they can fill a void in the AHL. The actual value in the trade would be something else with Primeau as the throw in.

When Monty got the start in Columbus I knew they were going to recall a goalie from Laval to play a game in FLA.

All this fear of losing Primeau last season just to finally waive him a few months later. I don't think he will be claimed but it sure would be better for him as I don't think he will get another chance here.

Having seen quite a lot of him over the last 2 years, one thing is for sure, Dobes is an absolute gamer. No lack of fighting spirit in that kid. He has a bit of a temper too, which isn't a bad thing at all in a goalie IMO.
