Did the Sens not know Chabot and Sanderson were left handed? Or maybe they didn’t know Chychrun was. Seems like something they should have looked at if they didn’t want 3 LHD

We are talking about a team that didnt understand their own players contract when they traded him and ended up losing a 1st round draft pick because of it. They don't think, they act!

They should see if the Blues are willing to flip Parayko in a mega deal.

Chychrun was acquired by different management and ownership so there's a chance he's moved but I'd move Chabot before Chych.

Could see the Flames having interest in Chabot if/when they move Hanifin. And Ottawa wants veterans which the Flames have in spades...

I would take him in Toronto for sure. Cost would be too high though.

Has he not fit in well with the Sens? Why would they consider moving a player they acquired so recently?
He’s good offensively but shit otherwise and we already have enough players like that. He’s also injury prone and we have a lot of guys like that. He’s also a left shot dman and we have enough guys like that.

If they move him before this TDL and take back money absolutely they will get more than what they paid. Although the first will be in the 20’s. Might even be 2 firsts if the contract coming back is really bad.
2 1sts? LOL

If the Sens wanted to retain 50% then there is a ton of value there.

Big defenceman pacing for 16 goals and 60 points @ a 2.6M cap hit for 2 playoff runs.

Which teams would not want that?
Wants that dont want an injury prone defenceman.

These threads are so stupid.

Everyone spends all their time looking for top pairing D but when you have one on a great contract and maybe get him for 2.6 this year and 4.2 next year “HAHHAHAHA HE HAS NO VALUE!!! ONLY A YEAR LEFT AFTER THIS ONE LOL”

Ok how a top pairing one with more term at a reasonable $8 million for 4 more years “HAAHAHA NO ONE IS TAKING A GUY WITH 4 YEARS LEFT LOL”

HF at its best.

That LD group won Cups. Maybe Ottawa should view it as a strength and get the right coach and goalie.

That group had Vasilevsky, Point, Stamkos and Kucherov. Ottawa has exactly none of those .....

I would take him in Toronto for sure. Cost would be too high though.

Why would Toronto want another Klingberg 2.0 situation ........
