This is still my pick for best save of all time. Not only is it a ridiculous feat of athleticism and perfect timing, but it was a literal game saving stop (they lost later, but still - this was in OT with his team facing elimination).

The Oettinger save is in the same mold, very impressive. Won them the game (potentially)

The ESPN broadcast is unwatchable. I beg the Stars to refuse National games next season, listening to these idiots all game makes me hate hockey.

Jake Eichel was surrounded by 5 players coming across the blueline, turns it over, and the lady says it was an amazing play. I've never seen such stupidity in my life. Get these people off the air.

Jon Buccigross is such a terrible PbP announcer. Sure, this play is worthy of enthusiasm but this was around the 100th time in the game he had a reaction like this.

It was awful, whose this commentary for, existing fans hate it, I can't see it enticing new fans, in fact if that was my introduction to hockey I might never have watched the sport again.
