I admit I only saw it once, at a bar, after a few drinks. I just remember the spinning through the air so maybe it wasn’t as bad as it looked to me. I’ll rewatch later.

Yeah it's unfortunate but he's playing with the big boys. You really have to be careful when crossing the blue line. Have to know who's in front of you and know when to get out of the way.

Pretty much all it comes down too. I don't think there was any intent to injure, probably expected just to knock the kid on his ass or back. Unfortunately he smashed his head on the ice and got knocked out.

Ya you see that play all the time, it's literally the job of the defender to make that play.

His heads up the entire way. Aspirot is a clown who's just making a high "show" hit to make a name for himself in a tournament. Shoulder down, through the center of the body.. easy to make. He chooses to stay high, hit high, and extend his arms through the head area.
