Not capitalizing when you get good chances doesn't usually end up well. Otherwise that was a decent enough period. Wasn't a great goal to allow but Hildebeast doesn't seem to get rattled over a questionable goal here and there.

Some people are trying to say Rielly is adjusting to Berube's system but a lot of the f*** ups are defense 101...fundamentally you should know to poke check or take the body, Rielly just kinda sticks his stick out but it doesn't do anything or when he's facing a guy coming up the ice he just keeps skating backwards without ever challenging the offensive forward and they either get a shot off or they beat him or pass to another forward.
