I’m not an NHL coach but like I’ve mentioned before i am a nationally certified high performance and team Ontario coach. So I think I know what I’m talking about in terms of motivating athletes to perform

EDIT: & understanding how to get the best out of my athletes. If Matthews was going through something similar would you suggest demoting him? No you’d be saying get him in situations to do what he does best, which is score.
