Silly question but anyone know if hes the hard partying kinda person? Montreal had a lot of issues with skilled players that kept getting into partying shenanigans before and the city has a lot of spots that can enable that.
In Montreal, he’s already got the fame of Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo in Europe. The thing that keeps me hopeful is that players like that always continued performing at a high level despite the fame.If Demidov resisted the partying temptations of St. Petersburg, Montreal won't be a problem.
But the fame and notoriety he's getting in Montreal is unreal. That could give him a big head even if he works hard and stays out of trouble.
Knowing his skillset he can probably deke all of themHe’ll learn. Mtl with such a car will ruin his back. With all the potholes, should have gotten an Escalade.
If Montreal roads are like some Toronto roads, I'd get a Benz G Wagon. Nothing says FU to rough roads like an ex-military designed vehicle.Worse!!!! Lambo in Mtl is nearly suicidal! Man, the roads…He needs a mofo big truck. Getting a sports car in Mtl is such a rookie move for a hockey player. Demi, my boy, look at what Suzi and the vets got . Trucks, big rigs! Because they know. They know.

What you need is a bicycle my dear good man. That way you can enjoy the bike lanes 24/7 on tap.
Freightliner or Kenmore would be even better with the size of some of those potholes lolHe’ll learn. Mtl with such a car will ruin his back. With all the potholes, should have gotten an Escalade.
Twin turbo v8s and room for the hockey gear

Tation aux nids d'Autruches.
Even with bike lanes you can't escape the potholes lol. I managed to get two flats in the last 2 weeks.
Tubeless tires are the solution, provided you have the money.
But if you do, and use your bike enough to make it worthwhile, tubeless is just win-win vs. older type of tires.
They are more comfortable to ride because of lower air pressure so you don't feel every little grave or crack in the asphalt, and don't get flats nearly as easy so you can enjoy the Montreal bike lanes in all of their potholey greatness and not have to worry about a thing.
And I wish to say that I hope Demidov has a nice Summer of power-skating, tape-watching, and bulking-up. I know he's gonna be a very good player for us for the next couple of years, but I'd really like it if he wasn't just "very good" but "great" instead.
I was using tubeless before I decided to go with tubes for this summer. Two flats later with tubes, back to tubeless. The only thing about tubeless that I don't like is trying to make the tire sit on the bead without a compressor. I can usually manage to do a good job by hand with tire levers, but it's sometimes a pain in the a.
