Generational, no even Celebrini is not generational. Some are laughing, but that guy is a potential generational talent.
Superstar ? Yes maybe he can become that

He’s not already a superstar, he haven’t played an NHL game yet…Maybe he can become a superstar? What? He's already a superstar. This is not even a question any more. He's the most prolific young player in the KHLs history.
Is he generational? Absolutely.... will it translate in the NHL next year? thats a question that will be answered next year... but as of now, he has undeniably reached the Generational Status. The CHL can't be the only place where generational talents come from. Its stupid to think that in the last 100 years only Canada has produced generational players when we've seen so many european players dominate here.
Kucherov is freaking generational but no one talks about him that way...He's been consistently running at the same pace as McDavid and has won 3 cups yet for some reason... he never gets mentioned as a generational talent.
Demidov is 100% it.
He’s not already a superstar, he haven’t played an NHL game yet…
And generational players are Crosby, McDavid and maybe Makar, Kucherov. He’s not at that level… Like I said even Celebrini is not generational
Generational prospect are not getting draft 5oaI think you miss understand the context. We're talking about a player who's not yet in the NHL.
Just like Bedard was considered generational before the draft.
Demi is generational at the moment
Generational prospect are not getting draft 5oa
Dude, you just named Kucherov maybe generational. Do you have an idea where he was drafted? On top of Makar who was drafted just one pick earlier than Demidov.
He definitely has generational and superstar potential.
I think you miss understand the context. We're talking about a player who's not yet in the NHL.
Generational prospect are not getting draft 5oa
Tom Brady was the last pick of the NFL draftGenerational prospect are not getting draft 5oa
Tom Brady was the last pick of the NFL draft
And he wasn’t a generational prospectTom Brady was the last pick of the NFL draft
So does it only count at the time someone is drafted or whatAnd he wasn’t a generational prospect
His point was when they where not in the NHL
I did said he could be a superstar but generational are players like Crosby McDavid what he’s not
So does it only count at the time someone is drafted or what
Makes no sense
I think you miss understand the context. We're talking about a player who's not yet in the NHL.
Generational player are used for players who dominate the league, a player who will win multiple MVP. You really think Demidov will win multiple Hart trophy ?Nobody knows where he'll end-up, not you, nor I, so your disbelief is pointless, but using draft pick rank to define that is patently ridiculous. Most people would agree Makar is generational. Drafted 4th. Some say Hughes is too. Drafted 7th.
He absolutely has the potential to, yesGenerational player are used for players who dominate the league, a player who will win multiple MVP. You really think Demidov will win multiple Hart trophy ?
I’m sorry you didn’t like my answer, next time don’t askOk then…
Generational player are used for players who dominate the league, a player who will win multiple MVP. You really think Demidov will win multiple Hart trophy ?
Définition from chatGBT
A generational player is an athlete whose talent, skill, and impact on their sport are so exceptional that they define an era. These players are rare, often appearing only once in a generation, and they possess a unique combination of skill, dominance, and influence that sets them apart from their peers.
In team sports like basketball, football, or hockey, generational players often change how the game is played, set records, and lead their teams to championships. They are not just great players but transcend their sport through longevity, consistency, and influence.
Examples include Michael Jordan in basketball, Tom Brady in football, and Wayne Gretzky in hockey. A generational player is someone you can look back on decades later and say they were truly one of a kind.
Generational player are used for players who dominate the league, a player who will win multiple MVP. You really think Demidov will win multiple Hart trophy ?
Comments like this are why you get dragged constantlyI think he's got the skills and intensity to match those of McDavid and can develop to become a better player.
Comments like this are why you get dragged constantly
There is literally no chance of this happening
Yes, Demidov will be a dominant playerAnd why do you think so? Based on what?
McDavid's production per 60 minutes is 3.91 pts/60
The top producer in the KHL is J. Leivo with 3.87 pts/60
Demidov as a rookie is 3.82 pts/60
I dont like to make projections only on stats but the eye-test in this case is checking, the physical talents are there, the game style is good and we got the stats to back it off.
And SKA are not pampering him either... so yeah, no, this guy is the real deal and he's going to dominate the NHL when lands here. This is not even a bold statement.
Who says, he won't be better than Celebrini, i think he will be a bigger points producer than Celebrini.Generational, no even Celebrini is not generational.
Superstar ? Yes maybe he can become that
