I stand corrected...just double checked it and you are right.

Modin was a 40 pt player, Stillman a 50-60 pt player...

I see no reason why you can't get similar results pairing Callahan & Kreider with Richards....40-60 pt pace from each...
I don't think 40 point player is a fair label for Modin in that stage of his career, but anyways...

I wouldn't have a problem Kreider - Richards - Callahan. It's robbing the Gaborik line that bothers me. Yes, he's succeeded with lesser talents before, but Miller and Pyatt would test that a little too much for me.
 
Kreider - Richards - Gaborik : all speed/finesse
Hagelin - Stepan - Nash : obvi
Pyatt - Miller - Callahan : all grit
whatever - whatever - whatever : whatever
