GDT: It's Still All Uphill From Here: Your New Jersey Devils vs. Columbus Blue Jackets, 7 PM, MSGSN

Anyone get their chick fil a promo in their account yet? I was curious to even how they could get this promo out to devil fans and not just everyone in the nation

For some other companies I’ve seen run similar promotions, it does drop for everyone.

I think McDonald’s drops a French fry promo for Islander wins.

It’s probably done by store geography, I’m guessing.

I can’t seem to set the location for this particular app on my iPhone oh well, with my luck I’d be trying an hour to figure it out only to see nothing nearby is a participant
 
I've been absolutely loving the energy this team has been coming out with.

The whole: 'playing for your job' seems to have worked for the bottom six.

However you feel about Fitz: Kovacevic, Markstrom, Dillon, Cotter (14g) and Noesen (19g) have already made their money.

I'm really liking Dogson Mercer at C too. He clearly thinks of it as his best position and it gives him the most skating - he has been more energized the past couple of games than the whole season.

Just good stuff.

Maybe Mercer has finally turned a corner on the C position. Used to be pretty bad at it at NHL level. Jack out forcing Keefe to use him, maybe it's all clicking now.

Keefe mentioned it forces Mercer to skate and move extra, and be more involved... Perhaps he just needed a kick.

I would still like to see him be smarter in the neutral zone, there was a play yesterday where he fumbled the puck past the red line and instead of just dumping it and getting after it, he did this weird blind pass backwards to an empty spot in our zone which led to an opportunity for CBJ.

it’s good CBJ didn’t finish the chance, but those wil cost you over the long run.

Like 731 said, given the fact it was the biggest regular season home game of the season it was probably decided last night would be the night at that point, I do think they were saving it for the end until yesterday's game became what it did.

The Chick-Fil-A promotion seems to be new too, so now we're talking about cookies and nuggets after the game, what a timeline
