Bolded part is definitely true. They are an embarrassing bunch overall.

But Haula has been horrific for like 3 months, and the first game he doesnt actively drag the team down he's out here chirping reporters. It's tone deaf, at best. You'd expect a little more humility. It wasn't even an answer to the reporters question.

Haula's a complete and utter douche for that. You haven't had a single f***ing point SINCE THANKSGIVING! What a piece of shit, he's one of the main reasons this team has tanked since late December. The minute he's moved off of 3C the third line has one of their best games all season.

Come to think of it he's been a dick most times he's been interviewed, I can't remember the last he actually was, probably last year when he actually contributed something, what a salty prick.

He should redo his precious bracelet to I SUCK BALLS EVERY DAY. Blast this POS into the Sun.

Ummm he still was on the 3rd line that game, but not their center... So he technically still had a good game, because that line was good tonight.

But yes I get the sentiment that was totally a douche move in the media, lol.

And that was totally a Bleed post.

Yeah, honestly, I don’t find it that bad but it goes back to what I said about the amateur hour stuff on Twitter. I don’t know if Amoia really did anything egregious (I actually find him to be better than this Gabe kid or even Nichols at times), but that’s where it kind of goes back to being more professional. You see some of these guys posting stuff that I’d expect out of the average Twitter schmuck sometimes during games.

I’m not saying Haula needed to handle it in this manner, but I’m sure it weighs on him enough that he’s not producing. Maybe he’s even been forced to face that his ability to play is dwindling too. If he feels there’s a lack of professionalism on how he’s being called out, then he felt he needed to handle it I guess. And as JK3 mentioned, likely due to that lack of production, I think this is the first time he’s spoken to the media since he probably came back from injury.

Anyway, I’m sure it’ll be squashed and they move on.

The interview is whatever, the only reason they talked to him is he actually scored LMAO. He had to know it was eventually coming with his big game 4 f***ing months later lol and handled it like a Pejorative Slur.
 
Spend weeks complaining about a guy not scoring, then after a game in which he finally scores you don't bother asking about that but instead ask if defense is going to be more important, and then wonder why said player snaps back at you.

Because he still plays for the team and he's almost certainly trying his best, his best just isn't good enough. Not his fault, the team should be replacing him.

I didn't watch the clip but our media blows and I don't care for all the stupid clickbait that they obviously put out there (I see it here a fair amount).

There is also this other side of him that we don't see. And yeah, I agree, Haula has been really bad last few months.

Dude had one good game in how long? He really should be a professional and STFU. The question had nothing to do with his lack of goal scoring. Talk about having a thin skin. Wonder if there’s a reason this clown has bounced around the league with so many teams.
