This is in a weird way becoming great watch, just like you think they can’t be any worse they go hold my beer, wish Sid and Geno left
If they were going to enshrine a statue to Sullivan, then yes lol

Much as I hate to say it losing a bunch of games would be good for them
Anybody who is an actual fan of this team should want them to absolutely bomb these next two years. Fire Sully after the season, land Martone or Misa, unload value for draft capital, luck into McKenna. There's a couple of real important pieces for that beloved quick retool everyone's got a hard-on for.

And none of it's gonna happen unless this team absolutely sucks shit.

Pittsburgh
There is not a whole a lot of difference in skills, it’s all about effort, be first to the puck, motivation, Pens have zero of that, and they are brainwashed with this high low game that rely on their dman throwing watermelons from the blue line in hope for redirection or rebound that never cones

Having said that if they fired Sullivan asap I'd be okay with it even if it might hurt our draft position if the team went on a run.

Just very tired of him

Nah, you keep the loser and you ride Jarry/Ned with big minutes to losers like Grz on the blueline. f*** going on a run just to end up in the same spot as the last two years, at best.

But you get rid of that dork the moment the season ends. Don't even give him a shot at influencing the draft or FA.

Haven't seen a ton of him because of his injuries so perhaps I'm being unfair but I have been very unimpressed with Nieto. Brings nothing.

In addition to their defensive woes, this team *really* struggles to get through the neutral zone and make clean (or even dirty) entrances into the offensive zone.

The fact that Jesse hasn’t sniffed a single shift with Sid is ludicrous. You have Beauvillier leeching off Rak and Sid and not looking particularly competent most games. Guy doesn’t even have the pedigree of Puljujarvi. Born on the wrong side of the Atlantic.

Yeah, it's wild how misused Puljujarvi's been. Even if he's not part of the longer term plans--he's earned time up the lineup. Give it to him to boost his trade value. /shrug

Sid looks downright awful right now and you can see his frustration with Beauvillier. Puljujarvi has been one of our best 5 players pretty much every game this season. It’s makes zero sense not to try it for a game. It’s not like you’re breaking up the Doom line FFS. They stink most games.

Too far apart, pinched against the wall and defense waiting for them on the blue line and not backing up

Sid is visibly not inspired
Dumb ass coach thinks Anthony Beauvillier is a 1st line superstar because he pitted in a couple of gimme goals.
