Crow Breast in Piquant Sauce

8 Tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup dry white whine
Juice of one lemon
Thinly sliced crow breast lightly coated with flour

Fry crow breast in oil and butter over medium heat 2 - 3 minutes per side.
Add wine, cook another 2 minutes
Add lemon juice.
Simmer on low for another minute.

Serve with mashed potatoes.

I made the mistake of turning off that Columbus game (#4) when the Leafs were down by 3 late and it looked like the game & series was over. I checked the score online ~10 minutes later expecting the game was over, just to confirm, and nearly fell off my chair. At least I caught the overtime that night. But lesson learned.

So even though it looked like they were dead again tonight after two, you never know with this group. So I stayed, and I watched and they did not disappoint.

Saw on CP24 there were two loser Sabres fans in Maple Leafs Square taking in the game just standing there silently while everyone else cheered. Who the heck goes out of their way to watch a game outdoors when their team isn’t even participating?

honestly, the defense needs a change either gio or holll needs to sit for lilly.
there's no transition from the backend, we won on another game where we got dominated.
