It’s not too early to fire Kevyn Adams and Lindy Ruff

It’s crazy they’ve gone as long as they have without making the playoffs. That seems to point to ownership as there have been multiple eras during their drought.

Kevyn Adams' resume before being named GM was two years as assistant coach like a decade prior to his hire and head of the Junior Sabres program. He has/had no business being named GM.

Kinda hard to blame Lindy for this.

The shit runs deep and strong in this organization.
Yup. All the higher ups need to be fired. A full cleaning of house. When you have your captain fist fighting players in practice they isn't good either. People tried to spin it on how wow he really cares. But that's cope. A team should be in unison with each other. They clearly aren't. At some point it's not the coach. It's the higher ups.

Adams should have been fired right after the 22-23 trade deadline. Losing culture permeates when the GM doesn't support the players when they do well.

That team makes the playoffs if Adams gave them better RHD depth than Jokiharju - Lyubushkin - Casey Fitzgerald.

Kinda hard to put this all at Ruff's feet. The forward corps just doesn't have enough game breakers and their D has some real talent on it but it's still probably at an age range where they can't really control a game.

Goaltending wise they made a big mistake in ever letting Ullmark go.

It's not like they have no talent, but this is a tough league and there's a bunch of other teams that just have probably more firepower than them upfront.
