Problem isn't with Biron, we all knew how the SO would go, problem is even with all that late pressure, we can't buy a goal. We need to have some set plays. Even 1 or 2 that we can execute and score on. Torts needs to wake up and hire a PP specialist. We lose to a team on a 5 game losing streak. Unacceptable.

They looked good in the 3rd, and dominant in the 1st. Unfortunately, hockey has a 2nd period. Certain players need to step up, Hagelin shouldn't have to be our best forward every night.

Biron got outplayed badly by Nabokov. None of the rangers goals were saveable, 2 of the islanders goals were.

Can't blame Biron when this team has the same problems with Hank in net. Biron's been great this season, do you want 2 Vezina-level goalies? Can't win the shootout if we don't score.

I don't care if he lost in a 50 save 1-0 shootout. The fact that this guy has played in the league for over a decade and in a shootout league for 7 years and still hasn't learned to stop goals from going 5 hole is embarrassing. Once in a while is understandable. Every shootout/penalty shot attempt? The guy is either lazy, an idiot, or just not very good. No explanation for it.

Can't understand how a world-class goaltending coach like Benoit Allaire hasn't realized that Biron's stand-up game leaves ALOT to be desired. He looks like he doesn't even try on some shots. Just stand there and take up as much net as possible. No athleticism, no poise, no nothing. Just stand there and pray.

You know there are serious problems when Hagelin is the best player consistently every game. I don't understand why Richards was allowed to play in the OT if he was benched in the 3rd. Doesn't make any sense at all. What is the message being sent to him or the team???
