GDT: Islanders vs Rangers Sept 26 7PM Start

Hard to believe how this snuck up on me the way it did.
Deep run = short off season ÷ Mets awesomeness and fight to the finish line vs Braves has me feeling a bit overwhelmed.
LFGM! But not to worry, I can handle this excitement.
P.S. Think this Trivigno kid may surprise. Reminding me of an early Cally.

Keeping an eye out and hoping to score some cheap tickets tonight and go with my wife. I'm looking forward to seeing Othmann and Sykora in person.

Fingers crossed on Bobby T, but smaller guys will always have a bit more of an uphill battle.

A short poem:

I'm hoping he can add muscle and be strong on his skates,
because he'll always have doubters standing 5'8".

I am kind of disgusted that despite having been around since Giacomin and Villemure were patrolling our net I am so stupidly excited for tonight's game despite the fact that for like fifty years running I have been ready to turn off the first preseason game of the year after about six minutes. WTF.

Are they sticking with the one-broadcast-team setup, with the home team crew doing the game for both local broadcasts?

This probably isnt the right place for this question but I just bought a house and theres no way Im paying for Spectrum. I think the only time I EVER used Spectrum was to watch MSG. Does anyone have any alternatives?

Edit: Keep in mind I have only ever used Spectrum for live TV. So don't make it too complicated for me to understand

DirecTV Go and Fubo both offer MSG.

Marginally more complicated, but an AndroidTV (e.g. the Shield) plus a VPN plus ESPN+ is not too hard to get working.

Nice, kind of wondering if "only" should be slotted in before 5'8"??

For sure. Evens out the syllable count across the two lines. It's not quite iambic pentameter, though...the syllables are a bit off there. But, oh well. We'll do what half the kids in my program did and call it "free verse."

Did it really even out? I didn't even count. Just went by what I heard in my head. lol. The rest of what u said, I didn't understand. Haha.

So much riding on this game tonight. Too nervous to watch. Looking forward to hearing about Othmanns shot, Sykora and Trevigno's intensity. Garands poise, and Kravstovs menstrual cycle.

And Georgiev looked awesome in the 2 periods I watched yesterday. Based on that, we obviously kept the wrong net minder.
