Honestly who really cares? I'm not saying pride night is a bad thing but events like this always come off tacky and patronizing more than supportive to me anyways. "Hey you're gay come give us money tonight"

I mean at this point I really couldn't care less about Pride Night (though it must be said that those aren't targeted to me), but organizations probably shouldn't set them up in the first place if their employees (or their policies) can't even follow along properly.
