I think I slightly prefer the Islanders jersey.

The front of the collar (where the NHL logo is) on the Home and Away Oilers jerseys looks really bad. It's as if they didn't sew the collar on properly.

Current Oilers jersey much better. Except the white one kinda sucks. The other two rock tho.

If they'd both go back to the 80's, Islanders win. Few hockey images better than Bryan Trottier in the home blues.

Home and away I prefer the Islanders (it's close) and I prefer the Oilers 3rd

I'd never noticed the Oilers collar thing before.

That detail aside, I greatly prefer the Oiler set. The shoulder yoke is a plus, and the striping scheme is superior.

I've always been a fan of the tre stripes of the Oilers jerseys. Imo, the stripes make a hockey jersey.

But either way, I don't mind the Isles jerseys either.

The Islanders home jerseys are better than Edmonton's equivalent piece but then Edmonton away jerseys are better than the Islanders one. I guess I'm just not a fan of orange.

Overall it's close to the point that if you ask me tomorrow I might have changed my mind, but I say Edmonton's are better if ever so slightly. Both thirds are turds.

I think the islanders have some of the worst jerseys in the league next to the Ducks. I'm biast but those 3rd jerseys are god awful

Islanders home but Oilers away. Its as close as it gets between these 2. Both top 5 or so jersey sets with Chicago, Montreal, Detroit and Toronto IMO.
