I still think things can be fixed with a new GM (not Marty or Chuck) and it probably starts with firing Rogalski. Then send Palat to Tibet for next year.

If Mercer doesn’t bounce back from last year then he can go too.

It’s still possible we’ll be alright this year, but leaving Rogalski is probably gonna screw us, if not a few other things anyway.

Allen was with him on 14-15 STL when he played his final leg of his career there + he's said he thinks Markstrom is top 5. They 100% value his opinion on goalies, not sure about the rest of the roster.
