Add failing to buy out Ruutu to the ever-growing list of JR screw-ups. Honestly, even acknowledging his position as part-owner, GM-for-life, it's hard to justify how he still the guy making the big decisions. He's just been absolutely horrendous for several years now.

Ruutu was coming off/ having hip surgery so he wasn't even eligible to be bought out.
