Is Nazem Kadri fasting during Ramadan? Is this why he is struggling??

No sugar coating it, Kadri and his horrendous turnovers cost the Flames the game and maybe their season vs the Blackhawks the other day.

Could those mental mistakes be attributed to Kadri fasting during Ramadan.

Kadri, a devout Muslim has previously fasted during Ramadan while he was on the Leafs.

Ramadan this year if some March 23- April 21

Its a month long fasting from Sunrise to Sunset. No food or water throughout the day.

I couldnt imagine playing a professional hockey game without having any recent food or water in my system.


Are there any other devout Muslims in the NHL that are practicing Ramadan?

very possible, to me its just unthinkable how a pro athelte can function without having water or food before playing a game.

I dont think I can even function with my regular job without water and food.

I'm also not a Flames fan and have no investment in making any excuse for Kadri.
