I think McDavid is burnt out...

He is not playing his style where he could outskate the other team.

He is not putting up goals and points anymore.

I believe he is on the decline.

He's 10 years into his career. He might be on the other side now. Scoring 150 points might have been his peak. Not everyone is ovechkin and can keep peaking in their 30s.
