Depends on what someone means by "best of all time", meaning, is that the 5 best, 10 best, 20 best, etc. He's 29 currently, he very well may end up being best all-time for the Colorado organization.....but agree, he's not there yet. While Goulet was a great player, MacKinnon has definitely already surpassed him.
The question about whether Mackinnon is a lock for the HOF though is somewhat dumb.....pretty obvious at this point.
