I love both as long as they're good play. I didn't hate the Whalers night one as much as some but it wasn't in the same stratosphere as this one. And lots of high scoring games are fun, but sloppy. This was just great stuff by two elite teams.

I just noticed in the replay that if Aho hadn't scored, we would have gotten a PP since Svech was tripped. Ref's arm was raised and everything.
Good thing he scored then, because that has 1-0 OTL written all over it.
Watching the Florida feed, Montour was yapping at the Canes bench at the end. A number of his teammates lingered around to talk shit. Who was giving it back to them at center ice? You guessed it, DeAngelo and Bunting. Good stuff.

who would've imagined 3 years ago when TDA basically got kicked off the Rags that he'd be here super humble being the 7 and then stepping in and playing at an extremely high level when we have injuries mid season. seriously, the guy has just done everything right in Carolina. Credit to Rod and the leadership here as we're the only stop where he has not had a single issue.
