Is Brad Richards a Hall of Fame Forward?

I like the comparisons in career value with Nieuwendyk and Weight. I think that says it all right there. We liked these players, they were very good centres, and plenty of memories from them too. But Richards was a non-physical pass-first smallish centre who never established himself as someone who stood out. Hall of Very Good.

Probably has a better case than Lecavalier though.

At some point you just lower the bar to where everyone gets in. But then why even have the HoF in the first place?
