Iowa Heartlanders suspending operations

Valid question but even with Iowa-based ownership, it seems they still didn't properly market their team. I guess running well-established USHL team doesn't give you all the insight you need to run an ECHL team in a completely new market.

Given committed ownership and competent staff, there's a possiblity it works.

Trenton Ironhawks just hired Chuck Weber as their initial head coach. Anything to know about him from his time with the Heartlanders?
