This is Europe's anthem to me

Just want to point out some things that some people don't seem to understand.
Europe and the EU is not the same thing.
The EU is a political union in which some, but not all, european countries are a part of.
Norway, Switzerland and Russia are some examples of countries that are not in the EU.
Neither Europe nor the EU has an anthem, is a country, a nation or a state.
Mistaking the EU for Europe is like mistaking NAFTA for North America.
What? That's not an apt comparison.

I'm not making a comparison, I'm just asking where (if anywhere) you would draw the line. If you're fine with a national team competing in a tournament with a junior team, maybe you have no problem with them competing against a women's team? What about a senior's team?
Are you really asking me this question? How about going as far as Tennis vs. Hockey?
I wasn't aware that NHLers under 24 were junior players. You're just being confrontational for the sake of being confrontational.
So your answer is that you refuse to answer. OK then, I guess that speaks for itself.

Not at all, I'm just trying to find out if there's any point at which you would think that hmm, maybe a men's national team playing this particular gimmick team is undignified. And this business about under 24 not being junior ... that's nothing but a cop out, it's an age limit, change it to 18, 19 whatever you like. The point isn't the number itself, the idea is for you to answer a simple question.
Since you don't like my examples, feel free to come up with your own and tell me where you would draw the line (if anywhere). Women, seniors, U23, U17, U12 or whatever, you tell me.
No babying and catering to, fair enough. How about about a competition which included the Canadian women's team and say the Italian men's team?
Pretty sure the vast majority of people know team Europe and the eu have nothing to do with each other. Also, the eu does have an anthem -- it's the ode to joy
It's not refusing to answer so much as not bother to answer a stupid question.
I've made it so painfully clear, I can't believe we're even arguing this.
Men play the men. Women play the women. I don't know why you keep bringing them up or need to even make the distinction of Mens national team here.
I suggested that each national team creates their team, but the remaining North Americans (could do the same for Europe or wherever) under a certain age such as 24 are eligible for Team North America. It does not ****ing matter what age. May as well keep with what seems to work, and keep it U-24. I'm starting to question whether or not you're even serious.
Really, what does this have to do with what I was suggesting?
This isn't some rigorously thought out plan of action, it was an offhanded suggestion and you're obsessing over stupid details.
