Our defense is night and day better. i still hate the kakko deal bc we completely f***ed his development here and he should be a ppg ranger for 10 years, but no. Vets need to play yada yada.

This team looks like they give a shit which is great. They are defintbecoming easier to root for. Rempe with his best game as a ranger.

Laf still needs a kick in the ass to stop gliding so much. But glad he scored again.

I hate offsides review. Especially when a gaol is scored like a min after the offside.

I still want kreider off this team.

Literally no one thinks he's Tanner Glass. But he was a solid third liner who has been super inconsistent scoring in this league. The melodromatic posts about how this is worst trade in history is so friggin overblown and is the reason why some people are saying "pump the breaks". Literally no one ever thought he was Tanner Glass, that's in your head.
Hes no Tanner Glass, he was only developed by him. 😂 ( I ‘m just laughing at the fact hes like the head development coach not anything you said)

He listens to me

He does not listen to me

Ottawa was 5-0-1 coming in. They really put up a stinker.
The Rangers absolutely deserved the win but Sens a bit surprisingly were not ready. I had at first thought it was inexcusable but it could’ve been their let down game sandwiched around facing Bruins. Either way good for good guys

Right, he's generally being useful even if he's not getting pucks on net. He hasn't been bad, and you also see glimmers of what could be a really useful player if he settles in (also keeping in mind he's coming back from a serious injury).
We have low standards there for him taking what used to be Kakko hole for us.

A happy day in Rempe land. His fanboys can have their fun, he had a good game. Does it make up for the past several, where he did nothing or actually hurt them?

Hey maybe he’s learned something and will have a string of better games. We shall see. But no doubt he had a positive impact in multiple ways last night.

Rempe's haters bring him up more than his fanboys.

Travis Green is an awful coach. Sens really hired him to be the guy to guide them to the playoffs and salvage Brady T's time in Ottawa? oof

Kreider needs to go back on IR. He’s a horrible player right now.

He's "Make-a-wish"-ing around the ice. He can barely skate or turn, let alone throw a hit or forecheck. On the PP they are still trying to force him chances when he is clearly compromised. Chytil and Kaliyev were carrying him around the ice. Is this an injury thing or do they think can JT Miller get him jumpstarted? I still predict that Kreider is this year's Gartner/Gaborik/Callahan. He is not filling a need for this team anymore and he hopefully has the value to get a more effective player still.

The 4th line was excellent last night. Carrick was a truly underrated FA signing this year. He really elevates the 4th line, and has nice chemistry with Edstrom. Aside from being offsides on one of the disallowed goals, Rempe really stepped up and did what we need him to do on a regular basis. He was physical without going overboard, stood up when he needed to, and scored a goal.

Igor is a maniac, and I love it. When he charged right after Brady after appearing to be hurt, that was a thing of beauty. He was dialed in from the start!

I watched the Senators broadcast (TSN), because I like Gord Miller, and the audio/video quality is far superior to MSG's. You can actually hear the crowd noise/goal horn/etc. But they were talking about how this was Ottawa's 3rd in 4 nights, and they had another 3 in 4 coming up starting Thursday, so they were visibly worn out. And apparently Travis Green's record on challenges is excellent this season, he's only been wrong once I think.

Well done boys, let's keep it up!

Brady after last night's game. Talk about an over rated punk.

If we weren’t ahead by 2 goals, Rempe would not have seen the ice and would not have impacted the game, and since we were already ahead by multiple goals, did he?

IMO all too much time spent here analyzing Rempe impact on games. He's 12F when in the lineup and by definition he's contribution is minimal in absolute sense given his role or incrementally vs. replacement.

Now he's been a part of the 4th line that as a group has performed admirably recently but if we were to talk about this - let's talk about smart signing of Carrick by Drury and Edstrom's impact as a rookie! Rempe? If Laviolette were to put Vesey in his place - the difference would probably be miniscule (and probably not in Rempe's favor).

Did they even pass it to Kreider on the PP? I agree he shouldn’t be on the PP. I could even agree he shouldn’t be on the ice, but Chytil carrying him? Fil has blinders when he’s on the ice and doesn’t even know who else is out there. I think Kreider now has 4 goals in the last 8 or 9 games. I mean without being a physical presence out there, it still seems like he can be useful.

largely inaccurate exaggeration
and to the extent accurate, acceptable as growing pains HERE
which are required HERE

case in pt -- the game vs Dallas resulting in suspension
he had another really good game except for the momentary brain fart where he brought his arm up and KO'd a top DAL D.
Yeah, he properly should be called out for the blunder, but don't falsely say his whole game was bad
