I’m voting for everyone except Kreider and Zibanejad.

Senators and Brady are f***ing p***yes. We stomped on their faces. Nice win, fellas!!! f***ing opera clap for #73. Hell yeah.

I like what Will "Throw In" Borgen brings.

Vaakanainen is totally okay.

Kaliyev has been either quiet or pretty good, which I guess is fine as a guy hopefully settles in.
I like Kaliyev along the boards. I think he's been a decent compliment on his line. He just needs to find more room to get his shot off.

He really shut down Brady. He couldn't do much all night except start shit.

Trouba preferred the “show fights” to look like he was doing something against Brady, all while Tkachuk had a picnic on our goalies head for years. Borgen should be matched up against Hathaway line next game for the same reason.

Borgen and Rempe neutered Tkachukles just by going back at him. Great in a game where out top guys were mostly non factors
That game was exactly what I want out of Rempe.

Forget the goal, that comes and goes.

He had every opportunity to do something stupid (and I told him to, that's just heat of the moment) and instead he calmed shit down and we ended up drawing penalties.

He jawed when he had the chance and he stepped up when it went down but he stayed out of trouble.

If he can do that, he's an NHL player. I've always said it.

Such a boring game until the goals started trickling in. I was surprised at the lack of pace the Sens played with. Apparently that defensive scheme is their new look under Green, but they need first rate goaltending if they want to win games with that approach.

Lavi is doing an impersonation of Trotz's Islanders, freak 4th line and all. But it will take the team to the playoffs so hey ho.

I made this comparison recently. We have more talent offensively, less defensively than those teams. Should be a higher scoring version maybe a bit worse defensively.

Right, he's generally being useful even if he's not getting pucks on net. He hasn't been bad, and you also see glimmers of what could be a really useful player if he settles in (also keeping in mind he's coming back from a serious injury).

They also let us do whatever we wanted even though we're a slow ass team

Good news: the mods tied the record of .04 nanoseconds to start the PGT.

God forbid we continue a thought the moment the game ends.

Guys, realize we're a totally different team than we were when we sucked not that long ago. Rempe is the straw that stirs the drink but its much deeper than that. Our defense is overhauled. The Trouba trade was great and the Kakko for Borgen trade ditto. We're f***ing back. Were getting a f***ing playoff spot. Carrick also a spark. Sleep well tonight.
