Sorokin has been an absolute rock for the Islanders and the only consistent part of their game this season. With that being said do you think he deserves to win the Vezina for his play this year? With a supporting cast the Bruins offer Ullmark it begs to question what kind of numbers Sorokin would have on a team like that?

Yeah Billy Smith only cared about the playoffs, he always split time with Chico, Roland Melanson, etc. during the reg. season.

Exactly. Smitty was like an early hockey version of Allen Iverson ("Practice?!?!"). He didn't care about the regular season and probably would've kept a beer can on the back of the net during the season if they allowed it. The playoffs were his time.
