The organizer fee was about 1,4 million euros (ca. 2,1 million CAD) as of last year. That's significantly less than what Hockey Canada pays for the World Juniors (normally 6 million CAD, reduced to 3 million during the pandemic).

Didn't know that........time for them to step up in the future then.
