Basic wake up move for me

Dvorak sent to the minors and hope refusal to report

Waiver fodder or cheap NHL gritty NHL vet just to add the right type of experience

I'm putting Dvorak on waivers and then I'm getting the entire team in the room and letting them know there's accountability. If you don't want to be here, don't be here. If you don't want to give 100% every shift, you don't get to be here.

We can lose games but we can't lose games because we weren't trying hard enough, we didn't have enough pride, we were getting pushed around, or we couldn't execute simple hockey plays.
That is the key

losing ok, not trying that is not acceptable

No cost moves. Bring in an ex-NHL head coach as assistant. Upgrade on Robidas. Be alert for any waiver wire pick ups that are better than the roster’s weakest links. Otherwise, stay the course.
other then bench certain guys to send a message.

It would have an even greater effect because for some weird reason, Dvorak is friends with all of the young stars. It would be a real wake up call.

There's not much we can do when 4 of 6 d dressing every night are under 25. There will be growing pains.

Dvorak is going through the motions more than any player I've seen in a long time. He's a scratch for me.

Restore the first line. Put Dach back at centre with Newhook. Evans as 3c. Kap as 4c.

He stole that move from Chris Wideman. Being a shitty player on the ice, but becoming good friends with the young stars in hopes of being able to extend his NHL career by being a good locker room guy.

Get rid of Primeau and find a goalie .Pack up Josh Anderson for a bag of Doritos and take Dvorak with him

There has to be a goalie out there if Hughes or Dobes is not ready yes i know Dobes is hurt.Who is available out there?

Our wingers need to be better at taking a man defensively especially Caufield. Kapananen needs to go, tons of potential but not ready. I’ll upset some, but Barron needs to go, his sloppiness like Matheson’s sloppiness is not something that can be fixed. A lot of things can be fixed not that.

One can say he made friends uber fast

Anderson is the least of our problems this season if I'm being honest. Overpaid? Hell yes. Helpful? Yes.

Need to get another Vet D in that corps right now
THATS for God damn sure

But as always and as we've been saying to the inpatients
Nothing really will progress until Dvorak (expiring contract) Armia (expiring contract) Anderson (2.5 years left) Gallagher (2.5 years left) are shuffled off the team finally

But for Dvo and Armia
The Trade Deadline would be TOO LATE for ME, cut them loose NOW
For nothing, don't even care, those ships have sailed, just get rid of them.

But get a D, rapidly

They need a stable veteran defensive defenceman badly. This plan to go all youth on defence is a serious misstep by HuGo IMO. You don't develop these guys by throwing them all together especially when many of them are prone to defensive gaffes. I think Guhle, Hutson and Reinbacher are the only Ds we have who stick for the long haul and they need to prioritize getting them more veteran help.

Thank goodness Armia and Dvorak are gone soon. Getting these two out of here and replacing them with some gritty bottom 6ers who give a damn would be a good start to rebuilding the forward group.

Unfortunately I think a lot of this will have to wait for the summer after another long season. All picks are on the table besides our own 1st. I'm willing to trade Mailloux, Xhekaj and any prospect not named Demidov, Reinbacher, Hage or Fowler.

Give Beck and Roy 3-4 games and sit Armia and Dvo for those games. Also change Hutson to PP1 QB. We all know its going to happen, get to it now!

In the summer I thought it was too early for big trades but maybe its time to use some of those picks and prospects to get some help. I do not want the young guys to get used to losing....

Goaltending is not working out. When the bad luck shots go in several times every game, maybe goaltending is part of the problem.
