If there a TV series where the last series is definitely the best?

Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul.

Not necessarily clear cut best, but I think the last season was the best for both.

Maybe Six Feet Under? It's been a while since I've seen it.

Strongly disagree with Breaking Bad. I think it peaked around season 3 or 4. Only the 1st season of Breaking Bad was weaker than the final season.

I didn't get that far into Better Call Saul. Or Six Feet Under either (back in the relying on TV days is why).

I will go off the board with my pick and I will explain

The West wing year 7. Compared 4,5,6? 7 was great--it polarized some viewers because it really become two shows. The last year of the Bartlett administration and the election to replace him. And there is the question about how John Spencer's death affected how the show ended.

I know I will be in the minority for people who think like this for the show. Many fans hate season 7

Moving much too slow.

I may also be a minority on this one but I thought the final season of LOST was really good. I know a lot of people didn’t like certain aspects of it, especially the last episode, but overall I thought it was at least as good as any other single season.
