No. It's more like the player who gets a lot of hype by leading the scoring race or having a really amazing season while also being an important member of their team. Think Matthews or McDavid hart wins vs Taylor Hall's win. Sometimes it is like you say but not recently.Isn’t the Hart the most valuable to HIS team?
If pasta isn’t playing for the bruins this year, where would the bruins be in the standings?
But that’s not the definition of the hart.No. It's more like the player who gets a lot of hype by leading the scoring race or having a really amazing season while also being an important member of their team. Voters don't seem to care..But that’s not the definition of the hart.
Ok, but Pastrnak is in on 45% of his teams goals.....this is still behind both MacKinnon and DraisaitlThen get rid of the voters that can’t seem to follow the criteria of the award. Either follow the criteria or create another award. It clearly states the ‘most valuable to his team’, it’s not the’ biggest fan boy award that scores the most goals’.
lol he’s almost half of the bruins goals. I’ll ask again, take him away from the bruins and where are they? Take either drai mcdavid away and the oilers are still light years a better team than the bruins .Ok, but Pastrnak is in on 45% of his teams goals.....this is still behind both MacKinnon and Draisaitl
What case does Pastrnak have over Draisaitl? Then get rid of the voters that can’t seem to follow the criteria of the award. Either follow the criteria or create another award. It clearly states the ‘most valuable to his team’, it’s not the’ biggest fan boy award that scores the most goals’.
...What?Take either drai mcdavid away and the oilers are still light years a better team than the bruins .
considering the award is most valuable to his team, and the bruins are hunting a playoff spot, I’d say the guy that accounted almost half the teams goals lays out a pretty compelling case. What case does Pastrnak have over Draisaitl?
...What?
Theoretically, you take him away and 45%!of their goals go away. Take MacKinnon and Draisaitl away from their teams, more than 45% of their goals go away. That’s not the way it works of course, but like I said, he makes up less of Boston’s offense than those guys make up of their teams’ offense. Will Boston be worse without Pastrnak than Colorado would be without MacKinnon? Maybe/probably, but they are worse with him so that doesn’t say muchlol he’s almost half of the bruins goals. I’ll ask again, take him away from the bruins and where are they? Take either drai mcdavid away and the oilers are still light years a better team than the bruins .
Considering the award is most valuable to his team and the Avalanche are holding a playoff spot, I’d say the guy that accounted close to half the teams goals lays out a pretty compelling caseconsidering the award is most valuable to the bruins are hunting a playoff spot, I’d say the guy that accounted almost half the teams goals lays out a pretty compelling case.
