The Fs are easily solvable by having one person be FF. The Us are more of a problem. I guess someone could be .U. or something like that.

If we want to be a little more covert, we can all switch to usernames that START with each of those letters. For example:

Bill Peters
Unsustainable Ryan
Floating Jeffrey
Frking Save
Anton
Lazy Eric

etc
