I’ve always like their style, almost be a 331 a few years ago. But the maintenance...

I had a Volvo S60R. Great car - money pit but super fun. I sold it to a guy who wouldn't take no for an answer and offered me way more than it was worth.

So now I have almost 10K and a Corolla that's worth about 12K. Option A: I can sell the Corolla and then have almost 22K, and put that into a new car that's fun and still practical like say a Focus RS, but know that my feral animal children will destroy it.

Or option B, I can keep the Corolla and put roughly half of the 10K into an older fun car that the kids will never ride in, and the other half of the 5K into parts and maintenance.

Truthfully, I'm way more set on option B simply because I feel like I need something that's my own and nobody else's.

I think I'd rather take the risk that Svechnikov is what we think he is for a longer cheaper contract than trade him and Skinner for Kucherov who is due a new, and massive, contract in a year or two. I'd pass.

This is what I'm also thinking.. Kuch needs a massive contract soon but so does Skinner. Skinner might be looking for something like 6,5M x 6 and Kucherov would be looking for 10-11M x 7-8.. also having Svech on ELC on Canes roster could be amazing.

But.. Kucherov is 100 point franchise player.. Hmh. Tough one.
