I mean I'd love to be able to watch a Flames game on Christmas night, but 4 days without games so everyone can have at least2 full days with their families (and 2 days with travel) is good for their families... especially their kids f they have them because that's who really matters here.

Honestly watching sports is for huge losers anyway, I haven’t watched a hockey game since like 2017.

I’ll still let you know my very strongly held opinions on Hughes vs makar however

I don't mean to sound like a dick, but.... it's a few days' break in an 82 game regular season. I really think you should be able to find something else to do for a few days. Go for a walk or watch Finding Nemo, I don't know.

The breaks should only be for good teams, bad teams should be forced to entertain us, the weak need to fear the strong.

Is finding nemo worth a watch? Only ever saw some part of it on those walmart TV when shopping there

How dare NHLers have a life. They need to constantly entertain us and not have families.. such BS

Ottawa
“The air was filled with phantoms, skating hither and thither in restless haste, and moaning as they went. Every one of them wore chains like Brodeur’s Ghost; some few were linked together; none were free. Many had been personally known to Roomtemperature in their lives. He had been quite familiar with one old ghost, in a red sweater, with a monstrous devil-horned emblem upon his chest, who cried piteously at being unable to assist a wretched winger with a clear break, whom he saw below the hashmarks.”

-Charles Dickens, or something.
