I noticed that as soon as the schedule came out, and I'll be staying with my friend (who is still 80-90 minutes from there) for a couple nights for that one, so I don't have to go back and forth.

I remember Tampa played us twice in a row at home 2 years ago, and I think we played two games in a row in Toronto last year maybe?

Shutout 3 in game 15. 65 seconds away from one in the Ottawa game and nearly one in the Calgary game before they blew it in the final 5 minutes. Although tbf this game and the Ottawa game weren’t exactly defensive clinics lol

But I honestly think this may be the best goaltended game a Devils goalie has had since one of those Blackwood games circa February 2020.

Blackwood was always your favorite. So steady and alert in net.

Going into the trip I said I’d be happy with 2 out of 3 wins. They got that. Lots to work on ahead of Montreal Thursday. Like how they locked it down after the early kill in the 3rd

Honestly they were 5 minutes away from pitching a shutout on the whole road trip.

Allen definitely the best player in this one. By far.

And I thought he might be the difference in a bad way, but I still think this may have been the best goaltended game by a Devils goalie in quite a few years.

The game was very close for most of it.

Good game by Allen, f*** the rest of the teams ugly ass play. Jacks atrocious this year and will be lucky to be a point per game player this year with his lack of production.
