This is Zach Hyman we're talking about. Playing multiple playoff games on a Torn ACL. I'm almost certain he'll be ready to go for the playoffs.

Just hope they don’t push him too hard. If his skating isn’t up to par keep him rested. He needs that speed and strength to play his game effectively.

They brought up on overdrive the fact that he has a structurally repaired knee (i know acl is different) and was likely still wearing a brace on it as reasons to be optimistic. They also mentioned it can take as little as 3 weeks to as long as 10 weeks depending on the grade of the sprain. So '2 weeks minimum' sounds like a low-grade sprain to me, who is also not a doctor.

Well it’s a huge blessing they said sprain and not tear. Sprain is usually 2 weeks, partial tear is 2-4 weeks. Plus leafs have the best doctors to make sure he heals properly.

This was about the best imaginable our come to anyone who seen the knee on knee collision.

Realistically most of us were fearing he would be done for the year.

He will be back for the playoffs at the very least and I do indeed view that as great news.

he said Hyman asked to go back intot he game last night, but they wanted to be cautious.

He also said he would not be surprised to see Hyman in tomorrow night.
