Two weeks.
Two weeks.
MCL sprain's can take 6 weeks. Good chance he's not back for the first round.Never like the 'minimum' word. If he's ready to go by the playoffs I can breathe a little easier.
Still better than next yearMCL sprain's can take 6 weeks. Good chance he's not back for the first round.
Could be worse but still not great. Wel see how fast it heals then he also needs to get back up to speedGreat news

I'm not doctor though take it with a grain of salt.
They brought up on overdrive the fact that he has a structurally repaired knee (i know acl is different) and was likely still wearing a brace on it as reasons to be optimistic. They also mentioned it can take as little as 3 weeks to as long as 10 weeks depending on the grade of the sprain. So '2 weeks minimum' sounds like a low-grade sprain to me, who is also not a doctor.MCL sprain's can take 6 weeks. Good chance he's not back for the first round.

To be fair, John Shannon broke the Luongo trade to the Leafs about 15 times.Hey guys. John Shannon was on Oilers Now (Our lunch time Oilers show) with Bob Stauffer
he said Hyman asked to go back intot he game last night, but they wanted to be cautious.
He also said he would not be surprised to see Hyman in tomorrow night.
You guys can relax a little
Don't shoot the messenger. That is what Shannon said
