fwiw I make cold brew coffee at home. have it over ice, black. it's lovely. much smoother and less acidic taste than hot coffee. but if you haven't had coffee even once by now, then I don't know if there's a compelling reason for you to start. guessing at this point it's intentional that you haven't had it?

Same story. Not a fan of warm/hot drinks in general, but cold brew removes the acidity and astringent attributes to coffee as well making it much more enjoyable.

One thing I learned from a few years in an office where people would leave the coffee pot on overnight, ending up with day-old burned stale scalding hot coffee:

My son has a pretty healthy lifestyle in NYC but as soon as he comes to visit here he always picks up a box of Oatmeal Cakes to take back with him. A visit to Bojangles, Zaxby’s and some kind of BBQ joint is always on the itinerary as well.
