So I'm curious where the line is. Can we talk about the CEO shooter? Can we talk about a school shooting if it happens? I imagine we can't gripe about political figures. Does Elon Musk count as one of those? Are consequences as a result of policies political (i.e. If prices raise due to tariffs, can we gripe about high prices)?

Not going to lie to you. I don't know but for the moment I'd err on the side of caution. My thought and not the policy. Complaing about high prices clear about tariffs probably political. Yes one can lead to the other. I know clear as mud..

Yeah, that's where my problem lies with the "no politics" rule. Things can start as non-political, but the discussion may naturally evolve in that direction. Or the discussion may be about something that the poster thought was non-political, but apparently one side or the other decided it was part of a political message somewhere along the line.

I will say, I'm going to be upset if I can't gripe about Musk. He's doing so many blatantly hypocritical things and it could be potentially dangerous if his grab for power goes unchecked.

This, and he's not even an elected politician. If we can't talk about rich assholes abusing their wealth to gain power, I'm gonna be ticked as well.

In other news, the Hawk Tuah girl finally said something after a 2+ week hiatus after watching her crypto scam run up $440m in losses almost immediately. Apparently she's hiring lawyers to find out how it happened and to find the real culprits behind everything.

Bless her heart, that person is staring at her in the mirror every morning.

We’re ALL trying to find the person who did this.

Wonder how Neflix and WWE Raw are going to work out.
Very interesting. I don't watch WWE (although I used to watch the old time wrestling as a kid), but I "thought" part of the appeal was it was easily accessible. ]

I suspect it will work out fine though. Maybe Netflix knows that WWE fanatics are going to subscribe regardless. WWE probably figures their fans will stick with them regardless.

I said it before. I don't feel bad for anyone scammed and those that were scammed and acting outraged or thinking they want to sue should be thrown out of court. If you decided that investing in her cryptocurrency was a good idea, that's on you. That's like saying I decided to run through traffic on I40 on a Friday at 5pm and am upset that a driver hit me.

I think a lot of the move has to do with censorship when the crowd gets chanting. They said they won't be doing anything to keep from being family friendly. But I expect some things to be a little more explicit at times.

I watched it growing up in the 80s and 90s, then watched it in college in the 90s, stopped for awhile, but started again since it's just fun again. The women's division is full of eye candy.

Now this is interesting. I don't know how they're going to stretch this, because all evidence seems like it's quite a stretch.

TLDR: The 2nd assassination attempt on the orange guy caused the police to shut down roads. A driver was distracted (apparently, she was trying to pick up a water bottle that had fallen beneath her seat) and caused an accident, not expecting the road to be shut down. This accident put a little girl in a (currently) 3 month coma. They're trying to charge the would-be assassin (Routh) with attempted murder of the little girl.

Oh, and the accident happened 35 minutes AFTER Routh was taken into custody.
