Backcheck, Forecheck, Paycheque.
Saw this today and early on so far Brodie is doing everything to prove this card right.
Just in my limited viewing it seems like we're starting Kampf less frequently in the D zone this year compared to previous. I expect it's because they've struggled so much, both himself and the 4th line I'm general. Any chance you have the numbers?Hockey-reference for those.
Even contextually, Kampf plays about 5 minutes more games and is likely entrusted against better players.
At this point it's just silly to say Holmberg can do Kampf's job.Hockey-reference for those.

Always has been overrated and beset with injuries. My Lord Lilligren, how weak are you!
Judging by the comments so far, I'd say I haven't missed anything positive.Since yesterday's loss, I stopped caring - I completely forgot we were even playing.
Bar could not be lower. Half this board would make that cut.It turns out Matthews may be the best goalie in Toronto

Mostly the GMShould have benched the coach and GM... they are the ones who deserve it.
Maybe Benoit can take his place once we get another upgrade. If they make the playoffs Brodie cannot be in the lineup!

The numbers are:
Holmberg: 4.2% OZ, 15.6% NZ, 2.1% DZ, 78.1% fly.
Kampf: 5.4% OZ, 13.7% NZ, 13.9% DZ, 67% fly.
The biggest difference is that Holmber is not trusted to win a draw.
Not sure where you got your numbers.

Didn't realize Brodie had fallen that far. WOW. Thanks for the stats Jimmy.
The ones I have say nearly 74% of his stars are in the DZ. The issue is Reeves, not Kampf, because it's effectively playing short-handed.Just in my limited viewing it seems like we're starting Kampf less frequently in the D zone this year compared to previous. He isn't much of an "upgrade" on Reaves so far that's for sure.I rather have Clifford than McMann
