Probably unpopular decision on here but you absolutely start markstrom tomorrow

Still a lot of hockey left this season. Let Markstrom rest his old bones

Also Markstrom had to work pretty hard tonight. If the Devils shut down the chances a little more maybe you consider it.

I really dislike Carolina’s brand. So much crap from the blue line.
It’s a somewhat successful brand of regular season hockey but yes, it’s incredibly boring.

No real setup or pretty plays, just skate hard and sling pucks at the opponent’s goaltender from anywhere.

Don’t think they will sniff a cup until they change their system.

If you were listening to the Canes broadcast, you'd think they are completely dominating the game and Markstrom is the only reason they're losing.

We have been out played though to be fair, and that seems to be a regular thing against Carolina even when we beat them.

It kind of is true. The goalie on the other side is the big difference. Carolina's goalie hasn't been good

Glad to get the win, but not too confident about the upcoming road trip. Rawly will be pissed off tomorrow night and Tokarski is actually a better netminder than Pete Kochetkov.

Lots of tough teams coming up after that. ANA are much better than their record, as are SJ and SEA. The Kings will be out for blood after we ended their win streak.

The road trip could wind up destroying our season, especially if the Rags get hot and turn it around, which they absolutely will. Too much talent in that room for them not to.

Absolutely love that they’re finding ways to win even if they don’t get a shot on the PP.

First period was sluggish. Loved their 2nd period. Dominant at times. 3rd the Canes generated a few good looks but the boys just know how to lock things down with the lead. There’s just little to no room for the opposition in the slot and net front. Beautiful.
